Anna Veale, Performance Coach, Hypnotherapist, Sports Massage Therapist, and the

Anna started her career in Human Resources at Ford and Siemens before walking away from the corporate world in her mid-20s to become a personal trainer and sports massage therapist. People around her thought she was mad. She thought she'd never been more certain of anything.
That decision took her to the UK, to the training grounds of Premiership Rugby club Saracens, to grassroots football clubs, to corporate wellness programmes, and eventually back to the work she was always moving toward: coaching people to perform at their best.
She trained in life and performance coaching and founded Fresh Coaching in 2003. Over two decades of work with athletes, executives, leaders, and driven individuals at every level showed her the same thing, again and again:
The physical and mental sides of performance are not separate. You can't outwork a broken mindset. You can't think your way past a body that's never been taught to recover.
Untapped was built to close that gap.
Anna is a certified Life and Performance Coach, a qualified Sports Massage Therapist, and a trained Hypnotherapist. She is the published author of Only Human, a practical guide to performance built around her signature MENS framework (Mindset, Exercise, Nutrition, Sleep). She has spoken at events across New Zealand and internationally, and has worked with organisations including Otumoetai Football Club, Harrison Grierson, Bureta Physiotherapy, and Tremains Property Services.
She is a professional member of the Australia and New Zealand Coaching Alliance.
