Services

Information on this website describes the services available through Untapped Performance. All service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Pricing is in New Zealand dollars.

Making a booking through this website constitutes an offer to purchase services. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.

SECTION 04

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Untapped Performance does not store your payment card details. All transactions are in New Zealand dollars.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and current. If a payment fails, we will contact you to resolve the matter.

SECTION 05

Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy is set out in full in your Service Agreement. In summary:

  • Single sessions cancelled with 24 or more hours notice: no charge

  • Single sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice: 50% fee applies

  • No-shows: full session fee applies

  • Season Passes: may be cancelled at any time with 14 days written notice. No refunds for partial months.

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected by these terms.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and downloadable resources, is the property of Untapped Performance and is protected by New Zealand copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without written permission.
