Most athletes train hard. Not enough athletes recover smart.

Your body is the machine. If you're not maintaining it properly, if you're not giving it what it needs to repair, restore, and come back stronger, then every extra hour of training is working against you, not for you.

Tap Out exists because performance coaching that ignores the physical side of recovery isn't really performance coaching. It's just talking.

Anna brings 20 years of sports massage and bodywork experience to this work.

Targeted work on deeper muscle layers. For athletes carrying chronic tension, overuse patterns, or areas that won't release with surface-level work.

Assessment-led treatment aimed at correcting specific musculoskeletal issues affecting how you move and perform.

Indian Head Massage

Targeting the scalp, neck, face, and upper shoulders. Effective for tension headaches and athletes carrying stress in the upper body.
